2. Exchange Policy

3. Return and Exchange Costs

   ●Exchange shipping: If the exchange is due to our error (such as wrong size or item), we will cover the exchange shipping costs. Otherwise, the exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Processing
   ●Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return policy, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method, and the processing time is usually 5 business days.
